This is hands down the most bizarre thing I’ve ever witnessed in national politics. Even by South Carolina standards—the state of Mark Sanford, Joe Wilson, Preston Brooks, and John C. Calhoun—this aspires to a whole new level of crazy.
Do watch the entire thing. I’ve never seen an interview quite like it.
